Thank you for your overwhelming response to the 2018 Artie’s Party Diamond Jubilee! This year we reached our dining room capacity so quickly we are unable to reserve any more seats for dinner. However, we would like you to know about some alternative opportunities to participate.
Join us for the Festive Reception only: Ok, so you have your outfit and you’re ready to sparkle but you forgot to send in your RSVP. No worries! Join us with a Limited Event Ticket (6:00-8:00 p.m.)! This option includes entry to the festive reception portion of the evening with:
This package is offered at a reduced ticket price of $50. Dinner in the Parish Hall is no longer available. Please call the office to reserve your Limited Event Ticket. 561-746-4674 or send us an email!
Sponsorships: They are still available at any level and are a fantastic way to help us reach our goal of supporting the mission and ministries of Good Shepherd. Dinner reservations are no longer included in this option. Sponsor online.
Donations of Auction Items: We are still able to accept auction items to enhance our silent and live auctions through Friday, February 2. Please bring auction items directly to the office.
Prize Drawing Tickets: You can still enter the prize drawing. Our prizes include a fabulous diamond ring from Golden Anvil Jewelers, a Disney World getaway for four from The Travel Gallery, and a new Toshiba laptop computer from Toshiba Business Solutions of South Flo. You need not be present to win! (see photos of the prize drawing items below)
In the event that your RSVP is in the mail, upon receipt, your name will be placed on our standby list. If there is a cancellation you will be contacted. We will not process donations until the reservations are final.
We cannot thank you enough for your enthusiastic response to our biggest fundraiser of the year, Artie’s Party, which allows us to continue to serve as Christ’s presence in the community.
Artie's Party is a delightful annual event that raises funds for the Mission and Ministry of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd. Parish and community participation, kind donations and many helping hands, together, make it possible to raise an amount equivalent to our annual Outreach & Mission budget. With direct outreach assistance to more than 30 groups at local, regional, national and international levels, your involvement in Artie's Party is a practical expression of love and concern for others.
What's more, Artie's Party is a total blast! We have a great time at this event each year. You can expect incredible decorations, delicious refreshments, silent and live auctions, prize drawings, a three-course dinner and splendid entertainment all crafted around the theme of that year.
