"We Have A Place For You."

The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd

September 2016

Dear Members and Friends of Good Shepherd,

Over the next six weeks we are asking you to consider your commitment to Church of the Good Shepherd as we enter our Stewardship campaign for 2017.

The Church of the Good Shepherd is truly a community of faith.  We are urging everyone to thoughtfully reflect on the many ways Good Shepherd impacts the lives of parishioners and the greater community through our programs, worship, outreach and education.  Your support makes it possible.

Sunday, November 6, 2016, is our congregation’s Commitment Sunday, the formal conclusion of this pledge period.  On that day we will consecrate pledges during both worship services and then celebrate with an all-parish picnic after church.

A 2017 pledge card is enclosed with an envelope for your convenience. We also have an online pledge option this year at www.goodsheponline.org with a page of frequently asked questions.  Your response is requested by November 6.   When you pledge with a glad heart, you are enabling us to serve as Christ’s presence in the community.

On behalf of the 2017 Stewardship Committee,

Larry and Tracy Smith

Committee Chairpersons
